It was essential that work was carried out on time as the building was being used. As a result of close co-ordination between Colours,the Client, and the Design consultants the project was completed on time, within budget and showing a significant cost saving.

A very short construction period meant the strip out and demolition began before design was finalised. With weekend working within budget constraints the project was finished to specification and on time.
