All Colours work is done under CHAS guidelines, (Contractors Health & Safety), ISO 9000, (Quality Management), ISO 14000, (Environmental Management), and IESE, (Improvement & Efficiency South East).

REFURBISHMENTS

Refurbishment uses all our core skills of planning, management, budgeting, structural work, groundwork, plumbing and electrical, and painting and decorating. With our client as partner we provide a ‘turnkey’ service for the end-user.

Housing estate refurbishment, Hastings

Pennine Rise, an estate of 17 retirement homes needed replacement of roof coverings, and kitchens and bathrooms, renewal of interior doors, installation of new floor coverings, interior redecoration and associated repairs, rewiring and replacement of heating systems, windows and external doors, and extensive landscaping works.
This was done for Amicus Horizon with who we now have a 12 year Cyclical Maintenance contract, (below).

CYCLICAL MAINTENANCE

We have a 12 year contract with Amicus Horizon to maintain their properties in parts of East Sussex.
The contract is to maintain their housing stock on a cyclical basis, repairs, repainting, replacing Soffits, fascias, gutters for upvc to reduce future maintenance.

DISABLED ADAPTATIONS

We specialise in all Disabled Adaptations; wet floor bathrooms, ramps etc, to assist with independent living, carrying out majority of this work for RDC & HBC by way of grant funded works.
